Outdoor Spaces
Front Courtyard
Our picturesque Front Courtyard can fit up to 200 people for Wedding Ceremonies, photography, seminars, and more!
Pavilion
Our 5,000 sq. ft. pavilion is ideal for gathering large groups in the shade! With tables, it can hold 50-300 people, or 400-600 people standing.

Back Courtyard
Our large Back Courtyard is the perfect venue for large gatherings! With space for live music, dancing, dining, and congregating, the courtyard is perfect for receptions, performances, lectures, and parties, the courtyard can easily fit 150 people.

Greenspaces
Our wide open green spaces hold unlimited potential! Between hiking, field games, and horseback riding by appointment, our 196 acres offer a variety of areas for simultaneous activities.
Indoor Spaces
Dining Room
Our Dining Room can be set up and decorated to your specifications for parties, receptions, lectures, or dances. We have tables, chairs, and linens to seat up to 100 people in style!
Family Room
The large Family Room has a television for presentations or entertainment, and can hold 30 people. This is a great spot to have a large group feel cozy, or a small group stay focused.
Business Office
The Business Office has everything you need to get work done, including a table for lunch! With multiple computers and workspaces, you can get your work done in comfort.
Breakaway Areas
In addition to dedicated event, work, and gathering areas, BaLonni's also features several breakout areas for easy conversation groups, small meetings, and personal enjoyment without being too far away from the main group.

Stone Patio Tables - Sit in the sunshine by a fountain to eat or meet with 2-4 people per table

Colonnade - features an assortment of several small tables, benches, and personal hammocks perfect for dining, working, and conversation under the cover of the colonnade.
